Bang, Bang.

Lola learning 'bang, bang' (our cue for play dead). So far, she'll only do it for the hand signal right on the ground (fingers curled into a fist, with thumb and last finger poking out). Once she's got that perfected, I'll be moving on to lifting my hand higher and higher before I give it a verbal cue, then add duration and distance. Either way L seems to enjoy it!

Lola is too darn cute. You can tell she's been working on her paw trick, because that was the first thing she did each time. She'll be doing bang, bang in no time.

I filmed this about halfway through her first ever session on it; she was still very much believing she had to give me her paw, as you said! She's pretty good in that she'll work actively for her food--she's willing to try new things just for basic dry kibble, unlike Jess!
